Paris Rugby Tour - 4 Nights
Experience an exciting rugby tour to Paris, combining competitive fixtures and dedicated training with the opportunity to discover one of Europe’s most iconic cities. For four nights, teams will take part in two friendly fixtures against well-matched local opposition, a self-led training session at Racing 92 and a visit to the Centre National de Rugby in Marcoussis. Away from the pitch, the itinerary includes a cruise along the River Seine, a visit to the Eiffel Tower and a day at Aquaboulevard, creating a balanced tour of rugby, sightseeing and team time.
Full Itinerary (Example):
DAY 1:
- Depart from the UK and begin your Paris rugby adventure (coach/ferry).
- Travel to Athletica Sport Centre, where you will be greeted by a local Smile representative.
- Take to the field for a friendly fixture against a well-matched local team (MATCH DAY 1).
- Dinner at Athletica before settling in for the evening.
DAY 2:
- Breakfast at Athletica.
- Head for a self-led rugby training session at Racing 92.
- Enjoy a cruise along the River Seine and some of Paris’s most famous landmarks.
- Visit the Centre National de Rugby in Marcoussis, France’s national rugby training centre.
- Dinner at Athletica before retiring for the evening.
DAY 3:
- Breakfast at Athletica.
- Spend the day at Aquaboulevard, Paris’s famous water park, with lunch provided.
- Return to Athletica for dinner before retiring for the evening.
DAY 4:
- Breakfast at Athletica.
- Take to the field for a friendly fixture against a well-matched local team (MATCH DAY 2).
- Visit more of Paris’s historical sites on a guided tour, including a visit to the Eiffel Tower.
- Return to Athletica for dinner before retiring for the evening.
DAY 5:
- Breakfast at Athletica.
- Check out and depart for the UK (coach/ferry).
Package Includes
- Return coach transfers from UK to Paris.
- Ferry crossing from Dover to Calais return (includes a meal voucher per person per crossing).
- 4 nights' accommodation on half-board basis at the Athletica Sports Centre (or similar).
- X 1 training at Racing 92 and X 2 rugby fixtures against well-matched local teams.
- X 4 breakfasts and X 4 dinners.
- Excursions to Aquaboulevard water park, Seine Cruise, Centre National de Rugby in Marcoussis and Eiffel Tower visit.
A minimum of 4 nights on a half-board basis (additional nights are available on request).
